THROUGH HEALTH BRIDGE
1. Download Aarogya Setu App from Play Store and register your mobile number.
2. Open the app if it is already there.
3. Click on Covin's tab.
4. Here you have to enter the 13 digit Beneficiary ID. And click on submit button.
5. The vaccination form will open in front of you. You can download it.
Similarly, you can also download through Kovin app.
Through aadhar card
1. Go to the Play Store and download and install the DigiLocker software.
2. Here you have to enter your name, date of birth, gender, security pin, cell phone number, Aadhaar number and phone number etc.
3. After registering go to the tab of Govt. Now select Ministry of Family Health and Welfare (MoHFW) from the drop down menu.
4. You can find the Vaccine Certified option here.
5. Now click on the Vaccine Certificate link and enter the 13 digit reference ID.
6. After this you can download your vaccination certificate.

For your information, let us tell you that the government started MyGov Corona Helpdesk Chatbot in the year 2020 March. You can also download your certificate through this. Let's know how-
1. First of all, save the number 9013151515 in the contact list of your mobile as MyGov Corona Helpdesk.
2. Now you open WhatsApp. On this number you send by typing Hi.
3. You will get some options, out of these, type 2 to select the download certificate.
4. OTP will come on your mobile number. You enter it.
5. Now a list of people registered with your mobile number will appear, now click next to the name of whose certificate you want to download.
6. You will get the vaccine certificate in the message. You can take a print out of it.
